Asteria Privacy Policy

As Asteria (“we”, “our” or “Asteria”), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Asteria mobile application and the digital services we provide (dream recording, analysis, interpretation, community sharing, etc.), and how we process, share and protect that information. By using our Application, you are deemed to accept the terms set out in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Data

First name, last name
Email address
Profile information (username, avatar, etc.)
Payment information (for subscription or credit purchases, only through the payment provider)
Other information voluntarily provided by the user (dream content, posts, comments, etc.)

1.2. Automatically Collected Data

IP address, device model, operating system, browser information
Usage data (in-app navigation, session duration, click logs, etc.)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How Do We Use Your Data?

Service Provision: To offer dream recording, analysis, community interaction and subscription services.
Personalization: To improve the user experience and provide recommendations and personalized content.
Communication: To send updates, campaigns, announcements and important notifications.
Security and Compliance: To fulfil legal obligations and prevent misuse and fraud.

3. How Do We Share Your Data?

Service Providers: Third-party providers for services such as payment processing, cloud storage, analytics and error tracking (e.g. Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase, Azure).
Legal Requirements: With authorised bodies in the event of a court order, legal request or security threat.
Corporate Transactions: With the acquiring party in the event of a transfer or merger of all or a significant part of Asteria.
Asteria never sells or rents your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our application and website use cookies and SDKs to improve your experience and collect usage statistics. You can restrict these technologies from your device settings; however, some features may not work properly.

5. Data Security

Encryption: All data is transmitted over connections secured with SSL/TLS.
Access Control: Only authorised personnel can access personal data.
Backup and Monitoring: Servers are backed up regularly and suspicious activity is monitored.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Asteria stores the personal data and dream records it collects on its systems (for example, on our Azure cloud servers) for as long as the user's account is active and for the purpose of providing our services. When a user requests deletion of their account using the "Delete Account" option within the application or via info@flubble.io, all personal data, profile information and dream content linked to the account are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days at the latest. Only the anonymised financial transaction records that we are legally required to retain (data relating to in-app purchases) are kept for the statutory periods set out in the relevant legislation.

7. User Rights

Within the scope of the KVKK and related regulations, you have the right to:

Access your personal data,
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
Request deletion or anonymisation of data,
Object to processing,

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated policy takes effect from the moment it is published within the application or on our website. We may inform you of significant changes through in-app notifications or by email.
