Asteria Terms of Use

The following terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Asteria (“we”, “Asteria”, or “Application”) mobile application and the digital services we provide (dream recording, analysis, interpretation, community sharing, and related services) (“Services”). By using our Application, you are deemed to accept these Terms.

1. Service Description

1.1. Asteria is a digital platform that allows users to record, analyze, visualize, and share their dreams with the community.
1.2. Subscription packages, credit packages, or free usage limits are specified within the Application and may be updated from time to time.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. A user accessing the Application is deemed to have accepted the Terms, Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements if applicable.
2.2. You commit to using our Services only for legal purposes and with respect to third-party rights.
2.3. It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or use the Application's content illegally.
2.4. Users are responsible for the dream content and comments shared through the Application.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. In-app purchases (subscriptions or credit packages) are made through the App Store or Google Play.
3.2. Payments are made in accordance with the policies of the respective stores; return and cancellation conditions are also subject to store policies.
3.3. Asteria reserves the right to update pricing and package contents without prior notice.

4. Delivery and Use

4.1. Purchased packages or subscriptions are assigned to the user account immediately after payment is confirmed.
4.2. Usage periods are subject to the conditions specified within the Application.
4.3. The user cannot transfer or sell their rights.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The intellectual property of all materials including content, designs, software codes, and visuals belongs to Asteria.
5.2. The user may only use the Application for personal use.
5.3. The transfer, resale, or commercial use of these materials to third parties without Asteria's prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. The processing of user data is subject to Asteria’s Privacy Policy.
6.2. The parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project or use and not to disclose it to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Asteria does not guarantee that the Services will be provided uninterrupted or error-free.
7.2. Asteria cannot be held responsible for damages arising from content shared by users and third-party services.
7.3. Asteria's total liability is limited to the subscription or package fee paid by the user.

8. Termination of Contract

8.1. The user can delete their account at any time.
8.2. Asteria reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account when a user violates the Terms or illegal use is detected.
8.3. In the event of termination, unused credits or subscription fees are not refunded (except as per store policies).

9. Force Majeure

In the event that obligations cannot be fulfilled due to natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, technical failures, or similar unforeseen circumstances, the parties shall not accept responsibility, and the timeframes will be extended reasonably.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes between the parties.
