About the Product

Fiyox is a proposal management platform that brings proposal drafting, customer management and product management into a single panel.

Sales teams put a proposal together in minutes, either by picking line items from the catalogue or by describing it to Fiyox AI. The proposal reaches the customer as a PDF, by email or through a secure link, and the customer accepts it with e-approval. Discount and margin limits, role-based permissions and a manager approval flow keep the process under control, and an approved proposal becomes a contract in one click. Supplier quotes collect under each project, and incoming documents are read with OCR.

The panel was designed for the phone as well: the iOS and Android apps bring the same interface to your pocket, along with push notifications. The interface works in 8 languages, and prices are calculated in any currency with the region's tax rates.

Price with a discount off the list price or a margin on top of cost. Proposals that exceed a product's limit land in the manager's approval queue automatically and stay on hold until approved.
