Temizify

Temizify is management software that brings the orders, field work and finances of service businesses — dry cleaners, carpet washers and the like — into one place.

It comes in two parts: the mobile app the field team works from, and the panel that runs the business. Requests land in the same list whether they come by phone or over the counter, and callers are recognised by caller ID before the phone is even answered. Line items become a receipt and head out into the field on a barcoded, waterproof label; the field team plans the day by district, scans the barcode on delivery, and the customer is kept posted automatically over WhatsApp and SMS at every stage. Payments, balances and expenses sit on one screen — a job turns into an invoice in a single step, and the official invoice goes out through the accounting integration. Revenue, in turn, is reported by district, customer and staff member.
