TemizJet

The storefront and lead channel for TemizJet, an Istanbul home and office cleaning company — from service pages to a five-step quote flow.

About the Project

TemizJet offers home and office cleaning in Istanbul alongside carpet, upholstery and mattress washing. For a long time the business ran on the phone; every job began with a call and moved on to a conversation about price.

Their aim was to move that conversation onto the site. We built a flow where visitors can say what they need in a few steps and the business receives the request complete. Instead of describing the services we showed their results, made prices visible through bundles, and placed the before-and-after comparison in the middle of the page, where it shortens the decision.

Today a request from the site collects in the same place as one that came in by phone. TemizJet's site is no longer a catalogue describing the work — it brings the work in.

A storefront for every service

Rather than listing a dozen services one under another, they wanted visitors to spot what they came for at a glance. We opened every service with a photograph of the finished work — sofa or carpet, home or office, the answer sits on the card and is one tap from its own page.

A quote in five steps

Most of the working day went into discussing prices on the phone. We broke asking for a quote into five short questions — what needs cleaning, how much of it, where, when, and who to call back. Small steps instead of one long form; it takes a couple of minutes and reaches the business complete.

Requests land straight in the business

They did not want requests from the site sitting in an inbox. We wired the form into the management software the team already runs its day on. Work booked by phone and work booked online now meet in the same list, and nobody has to check two places.

Before and after

In this trade the result convinces, not the copy. We put real customer photographs side by side in a single frame; the visitor drags the handle and sees the difference for themselves, with nothing left to explain.
